Essence is holding their Young Women's Leadership Conference in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., November 1 and November 8, respectively. In Atlanta it will take place at the Americasmart Atlanta, and in DC it will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. A: The Young Women's Leadership Conference: Jumpstart Your Future! was created to address the needs of young, Black women as they prepare to leave college and begin their careers. Each event will be a day of empowerment, that will provide these young women with the tools and information they will need to unleash their brilliance, fuel their success, and fully realize their potential as they navigates this exciting and challenging period of their lives.
